1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is published by Plaza Vegas Mini Storage (“Plaza Vegas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a self storage facility located at 3585 S Highland Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89103. It explains how we handle information collected through our website at plazavegasministorage.com (the “Site”).

This policy covers the Site only. It does not cover information you give us in person, over the phone, or in a rental agreement, and it does not cover third-party websites that we link to, such as Google Maps or Google Reviews.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. You can browse the Site without telling us who you are. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it through one of our forms:

• Contact Us form: your name, phone number, email address, and the message you write.
• Reserve a Unit form: your name, email address, phone number, the unit size you want to hold, your desired move-in date, and whether you checked the boxes asking us to text you about your reservation or about promotions.

The Site does not ask for or accept payment information. Holding a unit online is free, and any payment is handled at our office when you move in.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the servers that host the Site record standard technical details about each visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request. We use the IP address of a form submission to block repeated or automated submissions; that check is temporary and is not written to a database. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels on the Site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to the questions and requests you send through the Contact Us form.
• Hold the unit you requested, confirm your reservation, and prepare for your move-in.
• Send you text messages about your reservation or our promotions, but only if you opted in.
• Keep the Site working and secure, including preventing spam and abuse of our forms.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rental agreements.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we have never sold it. We also do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business:

• Website hosting: the Site runs on a cloud hosting provider whose servers process your requests and keep the server logs described above.
• Email delivery: when you submit a form, an email delivery service sends the contents of that form to our office. Submissions are not stored in a website database.
• Text messaging: if you opt in to texts, a messaging provider may be used to deliver them to the number you gave us.
• Google: the map embedded on our Hours & Directions and Contact Us pages is provided by Google, which may collect information about your visit as described in Section 5.

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Plaza Vegas, our customers, or others; or as part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case the new owner would be bound by this policy for information collected under it.

5. Cookies and third-party services

Cookies. The public pages of the Site do not set cookies on your device. The only cookie the Site uses is a sign-in cookie for our staff on the private administration area, which visitors never receive.

Embedded Google Map. Our Hours & Directions and Contact Us pages include a map from Google Maps. When that map loads, your browser connects to Google, and Google may set its own cookies and collect information such as your IP address and how you interact with the map. Google’s handling of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, not by this policy.

Links to other sites. The Site links to Google for driving directions and to read or leave reviews. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

Fonts. The typefaces on the Site are served from our own website, so loading them does not send a request to a third party.

6. Text messages

We send text messages only to people who check one of the text-message boxes on the Reserve a Unit form. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting a unit. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop texting you through our Contact Us form.

7. Data retention

Form submissions are delivered to our office by email and are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your reservation, and maintain reasonable business records. If you become a customer, the information from your reservation may be kept with your rental records for as long as required by our record retention practices and applicable law. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and are then deleted.

You can ask us to delete information you submitted through the Site at any time using our Contact Us form. We will honor the request unless we need to keep the information to complete a transaction you asked for, comply with a legal obligation, or resolve a dispute.

8. Security

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, uses security headers that restrict what content can load on our pages, and limits repeated form submissions to reduce abuse. Access to submitted information is restricted to staff who need it to help you. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.

9. Your choices

• Review or correct your information. To see, update, or correct information you submitted through the Site, send us a request through our Contact Us form.
• Delete your information. To ask us to delete information you submitted through the Site, use our Contact Us form, as described in Section 7.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us through our Contact Us form.
• Do not submit forms. If you prefer not to share information through the Site, you can call us at 702-876-9008 or visit our office instead.

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, for example by confirming details from your original submission.

10. Notice to Nevada residents

Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A gives Nevada consumers the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information it has collected or will collect about them. Plaza Vegas does not sell personal information as defined by that law, and we do not intend to. Even so, if you are a Nevada resident and want to submit a verified request to opt out of any future sale of your information, you can do so through our Contact Us form. We will respond within 60 days of receiving a verified request; if we need more time, we will let you know and may extend our response by up to 30 additional days, as the law allows.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. You must be at least 18 years old to rent a storage unit. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, let us know through our Contact Us form and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to the Site or if the law changes. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
